Athol is pretty much all flat. There are plenty of tree lined streets but a lot of it is just big flat ranches. For example . . .

So, it was quite surprising to see that it’s also home to the Silverwood Amusement Park. Pardon my finger.

It seems strangely out of place doesn’t it? We didn’t go there but I bet that roller coaster is a hoot! Our hosts told us that there’s some Disney stuff there too. Lisa, are you reading this?? 

Another amusing thing we saw was these dogs peeking out from a box in the back of a truck. We were waiting at a red light and they decided to give us what for. Hilarious!

Now that’s something you don’t see everyday! LOL
