Someone said to us recently, “The dust never settles with you guys!” Well, that’s true. We work a lot and seem to always have some project going on. As I mentioned in a previous post, we were planning to move to another lot. Well, we made that move on July 4 and we love, love, love our new lot! We’re still putting things away and getting organized but, for the most part, we are settled in here. I’ll send pics of the lot itself in another post. 

Our view is fantastic and much more panoramic than at the other lot. We see lots of trees (palms, pines, etc.), mountains, the 7th hole and two beautiful waterfalls . . .

Not to mention amazing water fowl such as this Green Heron . . .

And this Black Crowned Night Heron . . .

The lake between us and the golf course has some huge catfish too!

Fish Fry anyone? Actually, you can’t fish in this lake. It’s part of the golf course and the reservoir for the larger waterfall. It’s cool to see the catfish just swimming back and forth though. What an interesting mark on this one.

Since we’re facing the opposite way on the new lot, we see the moon rise from our patio. The other night it was spectacular!

Ahhhhhh.
