I’m posting this today because, looking back through the posts, I it looked like I had never published it back in July when we did this. THEN, after publishing this I realized that I had included it in another post but, what they hey, animals are fun to read about agairight? Silly me :-}.

While traveling around the Black Hills area one day, we found this drive-through zoo. We didn’t know what to expect but it turned out to be pretty cool. Although we didn’t see any tigers and we saw only one lion . . .

We saw elk . . .

Reindeer . . .

Check out the antlers on this one!!! He looks like a grand daddy!

Long Horned Sheep . . .

Yes, they were close, just a few feet from the car! We were concerned they were going to “butt” the car, but they just walked on by. Whew!

And what about this beauty??

And then there were the bears!! OMGosh!

They were just wandering all around us!

What a cool place! A little bit pricey but we both thought it was worth it ;-D.
